1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp kosher salt
2 bananas
1/4 cup splenda no calorie
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 tsp imitation vanilla
35 g instant oatmeal

Recipe Directions for low-cal banana muffins

combine all ingredients, spray muffin cups with no calorie cooking spray. pour into 12 muffin cups. bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes
