Recipe Ingredients for low-cal banana bread

1/2 cup smart balance butter
1 cups splenda
3 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups soy flour
3 large bananas, very ripe, mashed

Recipe Directions for low-cal banana bread

  1. Cream together butter and splenda. Add egg whites, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas.

  2. Pour batter into 1 well-greased loaf pans; bake at 325° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
