Recipe Ingredients for Low cal banana bread

1/2 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking sode
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup mashed bananas (2-3)
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cinammon

Recipe Directions for Low cal banana bread

Preheat oven to 325. Read all directions before starting. Mix wet ingredients and sugar. Mix dry ingredients. Portion out wet dry ingredients slowly, and mix until just combined, no more. Quickly, get the batter into a greased pan and into oven. Cook about an hour, or until a fork comes out clean.
