1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup eggbeaters
1 cup raw sugar
1 1/5 cups oat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for low cal banana bread

mash bananas, add remain ingredients alternating wet and dry. add nuts or dry fruits if u want at this point. pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 min.
