1 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup splenda brown sugar
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for low cal banana bread

  1. pre-heat oven to 350

  2. combine wet ingredients

  3. slowly mix in dry ingredients

  4. pour batter in loaf pan coated with cooking spray

  5. bake for 45min or untill toothpick comes out clean
