Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Banana Bread

3 medium bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 cup splenda
3 tbsp skim milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Banana Bread

Combine bananas, applesauce, splenda, milk, vanilla, and eggs ; mix. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to the banana mixture; add nuts (if desired). Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 40-45 minutes in a 350 oven. Make sure you bake it long enough! I didn't bake long enough, and the inside was still gooey, even though the top was a bit crispy. I used the toothpick method, but I think the crispy top wiped the gooeyness off of it as it was coming out.
