Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Baked Buttermilk Doughnuts

1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 t. baking soda
3/4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. fat free milk
1 large egg
1/4 c. egg beater
1/8 c. honey
1/8 c. applesauce
1 1/2 T. vanilla
1 t. apple cider vinegar
7 packet Stevia
1 T. Flaxseed
3 t. Spray

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Baked Buttermilk Doughnuts

Add vinegar to milk and let sit. Meanwhile, mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and whisk together. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl to stir well then add milk mixture. Add wet to dry and whisk until combined. Spoon batter into doughnut pans, filling 2/3 full cook @ 425 for 8 min or until doughnuts spring back when touched. Cool for a few minutes in pan then turn out and let cool. Coat w/ desired toppings.
