2/3 cup fat free yogurt
1 1/3 cup no calorie splenda
3 egg whites
1/2 cup applesauce, sugarfree
2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup mashed banana

Recipe Directions for Low cal, almost no fat banana muffin

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and pinch of salt.

  2. Cream yogurt and splenda.

  3. Add Eggs and bananas.

  4. Alternate flour mixture and apple sauce.

  5. Bake on 350 for 25 minutes.
