Recipe Ingredients for Lourdes' Turkey Meatloaf

1 egg
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup carrots, grated
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb. lean ground turkey
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon splenda brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Lourdes' Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the last 3 tablespoons of ketchup.

  2. Pat into a loaf pan, an 11x7x2 baking dish, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Glaze the top of the meatloaf with the remaining ketchup, then sprinkle the splenda over it.

  3. Bake uncovered for 45 mins or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
