Recipe Ingredients for Lourdes' Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons splenda brown sugar
1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Lourdes' Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. In a ziploc bag, combine the seasonings and place tenderloin in bag. Shake coating meat evenly. Place pork on baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until temperature reads 160 degrees. Let pork set for 10 minutes before slicing.
