Spinach artichoke dip w/ light mayo and jalapenos. This makes 4 1/2 cups. 1/4 cup per serving. I use fat free cream cheese but it doesn't register on this calculator. Subtract 17 calories per serving if using ff.

Recipe Ingredients for Lourdes' Spinach artichoke dip

8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1 cup light mayo
1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 oz. artichoke hearts, chopped
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons jalapenos, minced

Recipe Directions for Lourdes' Spinach artichoke dip

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in everything else well and pour into oven safe dish spray with nonstick spray for easier cleaning.

  2. Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until heated and bubbling. Serve with bread, crackers or vegetables.
