Skinless boneless chicken breasts with whole wheat pasta in a creamy sauce. 4 oz of chicken per serving. Serve with steamed vegetables for a satisfying meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Lourdes' Creamy Parmesan Chicken & Whole Wheat Pasta

2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
10 3/4 oz healthy request cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon curry
10 oz whole wheat pasta

Recipe Directions for Lourdes' Creamy Parmesan Chicken & Whole Wheat Pasta

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 pyrex baking dish with nonstick spray. Make a single layer of chicken. Mix all remaining ingredients together and spread over chicken. Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins or until juices run clear. Let stand with foil off for a few minutes before serving.

  2. Cook pasta as directed. Drain and then mix in with the chicken and its sauce. Let sit for 10 mins to absorb sauce. Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper and extra parmesan cheese if desired.
