Chilled strawberry soup. Great as a starter for our Ladies Tea. 1/2 cup per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Lourdes' Chilled Strawberry Soup

3 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups fat free milk
1 cup cream
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/3 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for Lourdes' Chilled Strawberry Soup

Puree strawberries, milk, cream and sour cream in a blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in splenda to taste. Chill 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator befor serving.
