Baked chicken coated with garlic, parmesan, bread crumbs and spices. (I use montreal seasoning)

Recipe Ingredients for Lourdes' Baked Garlic parmesan chicken

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic minced
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Recipe Directions for Lourdes' Baked Garlic parmesan chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

  2. In a pie pan, blend the olive oil and garlic and let sit for 10 minutes. In another pan, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, basil and steak seasoning.

  3. Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture and then the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breast in the baking dish and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture.

  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
