32 oz kidney beans, rinsed
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes,
7 oz turkey sausage
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 large onion
1/2 medium green pepper
3 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
