Delicious broccoli casserole! If serving as a main dish, you can add some cooked, diced chicken, or some cooked, broken bacon pieces. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Louise's Broccoli Casserole

10 oz Broccoli
10 3/4 oz Cream of Celery Soup
1 1/4 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
20 chips Light Original Potato Chips

Recipe Directions for Louise's Broccoli Casserole

  1. Grease Slow Cooker.

  2. In large bowl, combine broccoli, celery soup, 1 cup of cheese and onions.

  3. Pour into Slow cooker.

  4. Sprinkle top with crushed crackers or chips, then with remaining cheese.

  5. Cover, and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours, or on high for 2.5 to 3 hours.

  6. Note: If desired, casserole may be spooned into baking dish and garnished with additional cheese and broken potato chips/crackers; bake for 5 to 10 minutes in 400 degrees F oven.
