1000 grams Cabbage, Chinese (Pak-choi)
400 grams Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
200 grams Mushrooms
420 grams Cauliflower
430 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
650 grams Pork
50 grams Broccoli
2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Peanut Butter, Chunk Style
3 clove Garlic
20 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
