Recipe Ingredients for Lorri's Mashed Potatoes

7 large potatoes
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Lorri's Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes until tender

  2. Drain

  3. add milk & butter

  4. Mash with potato masher

  5. Add Salt & Pepper

  6. Add S/P as needed for taste. Add milk if too thick.
