Recipe Ingredients for Lori's Low-Fat Calzones

5 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 oz Spinach
0.17 tbsp Basil, Fresh
0.17 tbsp Parsley
0.17 tablespoon Oregano
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.75 cup Part Skim Ricotta
0.5 cup Fat Free Cheese
1 package Pizza Crust
1 large Egg, White
0.166 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Lori's Low-Fat Calzones

  1. Combine: chicken spinach seasonings and cheeses.

  2. Preheat the oven to 450.

  3. Fill the pizza crust with the mix.

  4. Close the crust.

  5. Beat the egg white and add 1 tsp water

  6. Brush the crust with it

  7. Put in the oven on a greased cookie sheet (I spray mine with olive oil) and bake 8-12 minutes it is finished when it is a golden brown.
