Wonderful mix of flavors - tastes special with amazingly little work- very low salt!

Recipe Ingredients for Lori Colwin's Chicken and Apple

2 chicken breast, skinless, boneless
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 apples, quartered
8 cloves garlic, peeled
4 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Lori Colwin's Chicken and Apple

  1. spray pyrex dish with with canola oil spray and put 4 boneless breast halves in.

  2. sprinkle chicken generously with paprika (not spicy) and pepper

  3. top with as many garlic cloves as you want along with 5-7 apples, quartered with skins on

  4. top with butter pats

  5. Seal tightly with tin foil and bake at 375 for close to an hour.
