1 lb. beef 1/2 C. diced tomatoes 4 oz whole wheat pasta 1/2 C. part skim ricotta

Recipe Ingredients for Loose Lasagna

4 oz Whole Wheat Spirals
298 grams Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 1/2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Loose Lasagna

  1. cook pasta according to directions

  2. brown beef in a pan

  3. stir together beef, ricotta, pasta and diced tomatoes in a pan

  4. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes (varies depending on oven and elevation)
