Long Grain Rice mixed with shiitake mushrooms, red onion, garlic, and a kick of teriyaki, topped with tuna steak chunks.

Recipe Ingredients for Long Grain, Shiitake Mushroom, and Tuna Saute

1/4 cup Long Grain Rice
1/4 cup shiitake mushroom
1/4 small red onion
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp teriyaki
4 ounce tuna steak

Recipe Directions for Long Grain, Shiitake Mushroom, and Tuna Saute

  1. Cook tuna steak on grill to desired doneness. cut into cubes and let cool.

  2. In a saucepan, add olive oil and heat over medium heat.

  3. Add red onion, garlic, and mushrooms and cook until tender.

  4. Add teriyaki and simmer until liquid is gone.

  5. Add rice and stir.

  6. Serve, adding cooled tuna on top.
