Recipe Ingredients for London Broil

2 pounds beef
3 3/5 grams beef broth, dry
3 cups carrots
4 cups potatoes
1 large onion

Recipe Directions for London Broil

  1. Braise the beef ina skillet.

  2. Add ingredients to an 8 quart saice pan with a lid.

  3. Add enoungh water to cover the ingredients.

  4. Simmer on low heat for 3 hours.

  5. Spoon off any fat that sits on top.

  6. Serve and add salt and pepper to taste.
