Use No Name spray vegetable oil for waffle maker so it doesn't stick.

Recipe Ingredients for Lola's Gluten Free Sweet Waffles

40 g cornflour
2 egg whites
40 g chickpea flour
2 tsp white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
200 ml milk
80 g potato flour
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lola's Gluten Free Sweet Waffles

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the whites until stiff.

  2. Combine the flours and baking powder and wift into the milk.

  3. Add the sugar and oil, whisk well to a smooth batter, stir in the egg whites and continue to whisk until the batter is smooth.

  4. Preheat waffle iron and spray with No-name vegetable oil.

  5. Cook each waffle approximately 5 minutes.
