Recipe Ingredients for Lobster tail in Red Sauce

3 oz Lobster Fresh Seafood
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
2 fl oz Wine, Table, White
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Lobster tail in Red Sauce

  1. 1. Make sauce by cooking over medium heat in olive oil, choppen onions, and peppers until translucent, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  2. Add wine, reduce for 1 minute, add tomate paste and cook for another minute.

  3. Add lobster tail cut into about 2 inch thick pieces. Increase heat to high and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Lower heat and cover pan. Cook until lobster meat turns firm and its color is white.
