Quick to prepare. Use delicate little rolls. The salad may be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to an hour.

Recipe Ingredients for Lobster Rolls

1/2 lb cooked lobster, finely chopped
1/2 lb cooked shrimp, finely chopped
1/2 c reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 t finely grated lemon zest
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T chopped fresh dill
2 t chopped fresh chives
1/4 t ground pepper
6 dinner rolls

Recipe Directions for Lobster Rolls

  1. Stir together all ingredients except rolls.

  2. Cut the tops open without cutting all the way through.

  3. Fill each with the seafood salad.
