Soup made by boiling lobster with ginger first then adding to sauteed onions garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Lobster and black bean soup

5 oz Lobster
8 serving Black Beans
6 cloves, raw Garlic
20 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
1 cup Coconut Milk, Canned (Liquid Expressed From Grated Meat And Water)

Recipe Directions for Lobster and black bean soup

boil ginger with lobster. Set aside once the lobster is half done. Sautee onions and glaric to translucent. Add coconut milk to onions and garlic. Cook until boiling. Add black beans and liquid. Then add lobter. Season to taste with red pepper and salt if desired.
