Recipe Ingredients for Loaded Vegetarian Quiche

3 eggs
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tsp all purpose flour
1 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c broccoli florets, chopped
1/2 c tofu, diced
1/3 c onion, diced
1 pie crust

Recipe Directions for Loaded Vegetarian Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Mix all of the filling ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.

  3. Pour filling into pie shell.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
