Stuffed potatoes. Feel free to make a double batch and freeze.

Recipe Ingredients for Loaded potatoes

4 large potatoes
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/3 cup light cream cheese
1/2 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons oregano

Recipe Directions for Loaded potatoes

Preheat oven to 400. Pierce potatoes and bake for 1 hour or until tender. Cut in half and scoop out pulp. Combine pulp with Milk and cheese. Salt and pepper at will. Spoon back into shells and back at 400 for 15 min or until throughly heated
