Mashed Potatoes w/cheese, chives and bacon bits

Recipe Ingredients for Loaded Mashed Potatoes

2 cups water
1/2 tbsp of margarine
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups (walmart) mashed potatoe
14 g (oscar mayer) real bacon pieces
1/4 cup green onions
28 g Colby & Monterey Jack Finely Shredded

Recipe Directions for Loaded Mashed Potatoes

  1. Heat water, margarine and salt to rolling boil in saucepan

  2. Remove from heat.

  3. Stir in milk and flakes with fork unitl potatoes are desired consistency. Do Not Whip. Refrigerate leftovers.

  4. Add cheese, green onions bacon bits to top
