Recipe Ingredients for Loaded Cauliflower Potato Soup

32 oz Cauliflower
24 oz Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
1.5 oz Original Real Premium Bacon Crumbled
14 oz Fat Free Cheddar
56 oz Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb
5 oz Fat Free Half and Half
2 oz Spices Dehydrated Chopped Onion
2 tsp Prepared Garlic

Recipe Directions for Loaded Cauliflower Potato Soup

  1. boil bacon, dried onions, garlic, cauliflower and potatoes in chicken broth (add water to just cover if needed) until very tender

  2. blend in batches until desired consistency, adding fat free half and half and water as needed

  3. add back to the pot and melt in cheese. salt and pepper to taste
