Recipe Ingredients for Loaded Baked Potato

1 potato, large
1 tablespoon light margarine
2 tablespoons sour cream, light
1/4 cup cheese, shredded, 2%
1/2 cup salsa
1 tablespoon garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Loaded Baked Potato

Spread margarine over pierced potato and sprinkle with garlic salt. Wrap potato in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 400F until the internal temperature reaches 210F. Remove potato from oven, open and add additional ingredients.
