56 g Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Shreds

Recipe Directions for loaded baked potato 1

  1. Bake medium red potato in microwave until done

  2. Squeeze open and fluff inside of potato

  3. Steam vegetables until tender

  4. Top potato with vegetables and sprinkle cheese over the top
