3/4 cups uncooked oatmeal
3/4 cups onion (chopped)
1/2 cups tomato paste
1/4 t black pepper
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Lo-Sodium Meatloaf

  1. Heat oven to 350`. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
