Lo Mein sauce for Beef or Tofu Lo Mein

Recipe Ingredients for Lo Mein sauce

3 tbs soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 cup Chicken broth, low sodium
1 tsp no calorie splenda
1/2 tsp White pepper
2 tsp Rice wine or dry sherry
1/2 tbs corn starch

Recipe Directions for Lo Mein sauce

Mix (cold) soy sauce with the corn starch until it is smooth. In a small pan heat chicken broth, and rice wine to a gentle simmer. Add Splenda, pepper and corn starch / soy mixture while wisking continuously. Remove from heat when the sauce has thickened.
