Very low calorie and yummy. Use the tofu shirataki noodles (I only put tofu on the ingredients because I couldn't get the noodles to add)

Recipe Ingredients for Lo mein

4 oz silken tofu (or 8 oz tofu shirataki noodles)
4 oz chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup thinly sliced zucchini
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. chicken bouillon

Recipe Directions for Lo mein

  1. Throw in everything but the noodles. Let it cook and the sauce thicken.

  2. Add noodles and heat to desired temperature.
