chinese noodle and chicken salad WW 5 pts

Recipe Ingredients for Lo Mein

13 1/2 oz pasta, whole wheat
1 T oil, canola
1 tsp sesame oil
16 oz bean sprouts
3 carrots
1 T peanut butter, crunchy style
2 T soy sauce
1 T rice vinegar
1 tsp oil, hot
1 tsp sugar
1 T green onion
1/4 tsp ginger root, minced
8 oz chicken breasts, boneless, skinless,

Recipe Directions for Lo Mein

  1. cook pasta with 1 T oil in water; drain

  2. saute carrots and bean sprouts

  3. mix sauce ingredients.

  4. toss all together

  5. serve room temperature

  6. optional: add 1 c chopped water chestnuts
