A low fat lemon-dill sauce I created for steam aspargus, but may be usedwith other vegetables, fish,chicken or meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Lo-Fat Lemon Dill Sauce

3 tsp Juice Lemon from Concentrate
8 grams Cornstarch
1 tbsp Light Butter Salted
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Lo-Fat Lemon Dill Sauce

Disolve cornstarch in water, stirring until disolved. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add lemon juice, dill and disolved cornstarch. Stir constantly over heat until thickened. Serve immediately over vegetables, fish, chicken or meat. Garnish by dusting with Grated Parmesian Cheese if desired.
