Recipe Ingredients for Lo Carb Poundcake

1 c. butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, 10 eggs, 2 c. sugar substitute, 4 tsp. (almond) extract, 3 1/4 c. almond flour, 2 tsp. baking powder

Recipe Directions for Lo Carb Poundcake

  1. Cream butter & cream cheese with sugar sub.

  2. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add extract.

  3. Measure flour & add baking powder.

  4. Gradually blend into creamed mixture.

  5. Bake @ 350.

  6. Mini-bundt: 30 minutes, makes 10
