Recipe Ingredients for Lo Carb Meat Loaf

1.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic
8 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
16 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Seasoned
1 large Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce

Recipe Directions for Lo Carb Meat Loaf

Oven 350. Spray baking sheet. Spray skillet and saute onions, mushrooms, pepper and garlic until browned. Add seasonings, and cook 2 min longer. Remove from heat, add vinegar and cool. Crumble beef and turkey into large bowl. Add cooled onion mixture, breadcrumbs, egg and mix together will. Shape into 9X4 loaf and place onto baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, brush with tomato sauce and bake 35 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
