Recipe Ingredients for Lo-Cal Taco Salad Dip

120 g (1/2 cup) fat free sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1 3/4 oz (1 medium) roma tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 oz black olives, sliced thin
2 oz bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
3 oz tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Lo-Cal Taco Salad Dip

  1. Spread 1/4 cup sour cream on desert plate.

  2. Gently spread 1/4 cup salsa on top, being careful not to disturb the sour cream.

  3. Sprinkle half the tomatoes, olives and peppers over the salsa.

  4. Sprinkle half the cheese over the vegetables.

  5. Serve, 1 plate per person, with half the tortilla chips
