3 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Lo Cal Grilled pork tenderloin (EASY & OH SO YUMMY!)

  1. 2 tsp ground white peper

  2. 1 cup OJ

  3. 1 cup olive oil

  4. 1/4 cup scallions

  5. 2-3 pork tendorloin

  6. pinch of sea salt (x2)

  7. Shake all ingredients w/ 1 pinch of salt in zip lock bag. Marinte for several hours (the longer the better). Place on med.temp grill w/ another pinch of salt. Bring temp to 160 degrees. Remove & let set for 10 minutes. Slice thin w/ grain of meat. ENJOY!
