Recipe Ingredients for lo-cal cauliflower gratin

955 g cauliflower
229 g red pepper
118 g onion
100 g 14% light sour cream
60 g light 6% swiss cheese
1 tbs seasoning salt
1 tsp black pepper
153 g extra lean 5% ham

Recipe Directions for lo-cal cauliflower gratin

lightly steam the cauliflower before to decrease cook time in the oven. chop all other veggies and ham in small pieces. mix everything together except cheese. add cauliflower. put cheese on top. cook at 375deg for about 35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
