turkey, peapods, asparagus and other veggies, sauteed.

Recipe Ingredients for LL's Turkey and peapods

4 oz turkey breast roasted
1/2 onion, red, chopped
12 oz asparagus
2 cups mushrooms, portobello
8 oz pea pods
1 zucchini
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp basalmic vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for LL's Turkey and peapods

  1. Chop all the veggies

  2. saute the mushrooms and onions in the olive oil

  3. cook about half-way

  4. add garlic, cook for another minute

  5. add zuke and asparagus and turkey meat

  6. about a minute before done, add basalmic vinegar

  7. salt & pepper to taste
