fast, easy, down on the farm scrambled eggs

Recipe Ingredients for lj's scrambled eggs

2 eggs
3 oz 2% milk
1 small tomatoe, chopped
1 green onion, finely sliced
1 mushrooms, chopped
1/4 tsp margarine

Recipe Directions for lj's scrambled eggs

  1. Melt margarine in small fry pan on med heat.

  2. Beat together eggs and milk, set aside.

  3. Prepare (chop, slice) tomatoe, onion and mushrooms.

  4. Add all veggies to the fry pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until onion is soft.

  5. Gently pour egg mixture over top.

  6. Stir and cook until egg is set.

  7. Enjoy.
