Recipe Ingredients for Liz's Spinach Yogurt Soup- 9oz portion for 32 calories!

16 oz spinach
64 oz water
1 1/2 tbsp Chicken Base
4 oz Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp anchovy paste
2 Crispbread
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sage
1 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp fennel seed
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Liz's Spinach Yogurt Soup- 9oz portion for 32 calories!

  1. Create base with water and bouillon in large stock pot.

  2. Add all other ingredients except yogurt and spinach. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med and add spinach. Then puree with Magic Bullet. Then add yogurt and blend with bullet again.

  3. Remove from heat. It's done!

  4. This soup cold can be used to create a yogurt dip, salad dressing, mix with light mayo and have a lovely sauce for eggs florentine or over linguine with a lemon slice.
