Easy granola. About a 1/4 cup per serving. Makes 20 servings. Good fibre, could be lower fat, but still.

Recipe Ingredients for Liz's Granola

2 cups oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup almonds, slivered
2/3 cup pumpkin seeds, raw, shelled
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons raisins, golden

Recipe Directions for Liz's Granola

  1. Mix all ingredients save the raisins.

  2. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 245 for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

  3. Mix in raisins while still warm. Store in a cool, dry airtight container.
