Fried vension tendersloin with mustard sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Liz's Fried Vension with Mustard Sauce

1686 g venison
2 tsps salt (lite)
2 tbs butter
1 liter cream
6 oz dijon mustard
2 tbsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Liz's Fried Vension with Mustard Sauce

  1. Salt and pepper venison.

  2. Fry venison in butter on both sides for 2 min each.

  3. Set venison aside.

  4. Add cream to the same side in the drippings and heat, but do not boil. Add mustard and heat.

  5. Put venison back in and serve

  6. Excellent with rice-a-roni!
