Recipe Ingredients for Liver stew

600 g broiled liver
1 cup tomato, sliced
1/3 cup onion, diced
2/3 cup green pepper
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 vegetable stock cubes
1/2 tsp garlic
1 cup green beans
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Liver stew

  1. pan fry onion and gralic using olive oil

  2. add liver and brown

  3. mix all ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until liver is thoroughly cooked

  4. serve with boiled boiled potatos or rice
