Recipe Ingredients for Liver & Onions

6 oz Lamb, Liver
1 medium Onions
1 Cube Stock Cubes
150 grams Water
15 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Liver & Onions

Toss the sliced liver in flour and put to one side, cook the onions in a frying pan with a little oil, once these take on a little colour remove and place in a bowl, now fry the lamb's liver and once it has coloured add the onions back into the pan, crumble in the stock cube add whats left of the flour and add the water to make the gravy, cook for a further 5 minutes and serve with either vegetables or mashed potaoes.
